:: Description:Analyze, design and develop Customer Education curriculum on the salesforce.com CRM application. Build blended learning solutions to guide our customers to rapid success. :: Responsibilities:Analyze product and feature functionality to determine training requirements based on user and role impact. Interface with cross-functional work teams to develop course specifications and content requirements. Design and validate curriculum paths and course content, focusing on salesforce.com application and services customer roles . Recommend and deliver innovative blended learning solutions for successful knowledge transfer to our customers. Develop course content for instructor led classroom and web-delivered training. Work with instructors to ensure successful delivery by a worldwide instructor team. Develop course content for eLearning training. Produce quality course material including: student materials, presentation slides, instructor guides, job aids, lab instructions and workbooks, lab setup guides and course descriptions. Design and lead a successful train-the-trainer. Produce and release the course material. Produce all deliverables. Insure proper quality eLearning product delivery. Maintain the course material after release. Provide timely support to instructors as necessary.  :: Required Skills/Experience:Bachelors degree. Minimum 3-5 years as a course developer in a software or hardware company, including content for technical and end user audiences. Experience with structured writing techniques preferred. Success in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. Proven ability to meet non-negotiable timelines with quality results. Record of credibility in working with product development organizations, as well as internal technical support, consulting and other customer facing resources. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects. Preferred experience: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) industry. Excellent writing and curriculum development skills. Analysis of complex training challenges to present sound, competent educational solutions. Collaboration: ability to work with instructors and product development. Blended learning design and development. (Combining multiple modes of content delivery to most effectively produce successful business results for trainees.) Solid understanding of Internet technologies, CRM applications, ASP business models, and sales methodologies  :: Desired Skills/Experience:Framemaker, Word and Powerpoint course development.

- eLearning tools and development.
- Rapid Elearning tools (powerpoint-to-flash)
- Webcast course delivery
