Position Description:

 

For more than twenty years, Eudyna Devices (formerly Fujitsu Quantum Devices) has been a pioneer in the development of devices for fiber-optic communication systems and continues to be a world leader in transponders, transceivers, laser diodes and photo detectors for the CATV and telecom fiber optic markets.

 

Currently Eudyna Devices USA has an opportunity for a  Sales Manager position in its New Jersey Sales Office

 

Position will be responsible for managing and directing Lightwave product line sales through direct sales and external Sales Representative organization. Will strategically build, manage and maintain communication channels between customers and Eudyna in order to obtain product orders while maintaining customer relations and resolve sales issues, with the assistance of the lightwave sales organization. Responsibilities include generation of written sales plans for achieving quotas, including new account penetration and achieving major order opportunities. Will prepare required sales forecasting and order reports and operate to approved budget requirements.

 BSEE or Equivalent technical degree with an MBA preferred. Minimum of 5-10 years Lightwave Device/Transmission Module Sales experience required. Candidates must have both departmental and regional sales management experience, specializing in the active OptoElectronic Device (Lightwave Device) and transmission module marketplace. Proficient with PC and related sales administration applications. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
