Audio-Video Installer with Network Experience

Our client, a mobile and wireless technology company in RTP, is looking for a Technical Field Applications Support professional. The company is a leader in mobile digital video solutions whose patented technology and platform offer capabilities for the security market.

The selected candidate will be responsible for technical support on customer sites. The responsibilities include; 3rd tier escalation for installers, providing field support of all products and services, maintaining customer satisfaction, documenting feedback, creating training materials, testing new products, creating field support publications, and maintaining an expert level of knowledge on all assigned products.

To be qualified for this role you must have the following;
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of three years experience in a field applications support role

- Experience installing mobile video and audio components a plus
- Strong working knowledge in network/systems administration

- Experience installing/working with in the transit space a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to travel
