Automotive Field Quality Engineer

This position is responsible for customer quality issues, establishing and maintaining relationships with key customer quality representatives. Responsible for Corrective Action/8D reports to customers; prepare and review customer quality documentation as needed. Quality system audits; assist in the effective execution of internal audits. Host customer audits; third party ISO/TS certification audits. Assist in maintaining ISO 9001/TS16949 such as PCN, PPAP, & APQP documentation's. Corrective and Preventive Actions; track status of all CAR including internal, customer, and supplier issues were applicable. Ensure implementation of improvements based on CAR analysis. Evaluate effectiveness and efficiency post CAR activity. Prepare and present customer satisfaction metric to upper management. Understand and ensure organization is compliant to customer specific requirements (CSR). Assure global coordination for regional customer issues.
