We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Business Application Developer with at least three years professional application development experience in an office environment. As part of a small, focused team, this individual will work closely with both technical and non-technical staff, either alone or as part of a small project team, in a fast-paced customer-centric environment.


The selected individual will be responsible for: Designing, implementing, testing, and deploying moderately complex to complex object-oriented programming solutions with implementation of SDLC and other system development control documents by gathering user's requirements from inter/external user base;
Application maintenance: Performing bug fixes and/or enhancements on the majority of areas within the application with little supervisionCustomer Service: Responding to application problems and inquiries reported by users; Creating new reports and modifying existing reports; Maintaining version control of applications; Creating and modifying reports.


Qualified candidates will:have a Bachelors degree in computer science, and at least three years of professional application development experience in an office environment, or an equivalent combination of experience and education;have strong organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple, high priority projects;
be keenly attentive to detail;have extensive problem analysis and solution determination experience;have strong code design and development, testing and documentation experience;be comfortable working from detailed specifications while adhering to best programming practices;be a hands-on, highly responsive, energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision while exercising discretion and good judgment;be a team player.
