Description: Eaton Corporation located in Los Angeles, CA has an opening for a UPS Customer Service Engineer.

This person will be responsible for servicing electrical (high voltage environment) UPS systems and batteries and electronic based products at the customer's site, performing emergency and preventive maintenance and installation on a 24/7 on-call basis with regional responsibility. Individual can work from home and company vehicle will be provided. Individual will be responsible for performing on-site or in-house servicing, repair and/or installation of company products to include uninterruptible power supplies and batteries. Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems. Work on assignments that are moderately complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.
