Customer Service/Order Representative

Working closely with the inside sales group, the Order Management Representative will be primarily responsible for order processing and customer service for all existing and future Color Kinetics customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company processes, applications, and programs.

PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES / OBJECTIVES
Process all sales orders and set up new accounts using Oracle applications Ensure accuracy in pricing and order information, secure proper authorizations, maintain precise records, investigate sales order questions and help resolve shipping discrepancies Provide professional, timely and accurate information to incoming customer calls regarding order status, product availability, and shipment details Process customer orders/changes and returns according to established department procedures. Partner with the sales team to provide customers with outstanding service and to meet and exceed customer's service expectations. Coordinate with Supply Chain Management and Finance regarding order processing situations Perform other related duties as assigned

KNOW HOW

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2-3 years experience in customer service. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. MS Word, Excel and experience working with an order entry system - ORACLE preferred. Experience working with high performance teams. Strong customer orientation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, energetic, and have the ability to multitask.
