Position:   Electronic Assembler/Technician

Requirements:

 

Two years experience in the assembly of printed circuit boards and knowledge of electronic componenst. Must be able to demonstrate good interpersonal skills. Flexibility and willingness to learn and work with other people a must. Technical school degree is a plus.

 

 

Salary Range:

 

Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials.

 

Position Summary:

 

Must be able to assemble various system level and component level assemblies, subassemblies, cable harnesses and printed circuit boards from verbal and /or written instructions.  All work performed must meet or exceed established quality standards.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 The assembly of printed circuit boards from assembly drawings.

 Identify product quality issues and communicate information to supervisor and /or appropriate quality or engineering personnel.

 The soldering, cleaning and labeling of printed circuit boards to specified standards.

 The assembly of cable harnesses from assembly drawings.

 The assembly of various electromechanical subassemblies

 The cabling of systems at various stages in production.

 The training and assisting of others to meet specified standards.
