Experienced Audio/TV technician needed!

USACO Service Corporation is a one of the largest consumer electronic service company in our industry. We have just opened our branch office in Las Vegas last year and is already the biggest service center in Las Vegas. Our headquarter is located at Cerritos, CA.  We are seeking several Audio or TV service technicians for both in-house and field service work. Must have at least three years experience in repairing audio equipment to component level or have experience in repairing TV?s, and preferably have experience in DLP?s, LCD?s, and Plasma displays. Also must have a good driving record. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.

 

Job Purpose:

Repairs television sets by completing diagnostic tests, and repairs or replacements; maintaining repair records.

 

Duties:

  * Identifies problems by listening to customer's and our own customer service representative's explanation.

 

  * Plans repairs by gathering equipment, supplies, materials, and tools; ordering special parts and components.

 

  * Planning our dispatches on previous day ang drive to the sites on daily basis.

 

  * Completes repairs by adjusting, calibrating, aligning, modifying, repairing, replacing and rewiring parts, components, and circuitry.

 

  * Verifies system performance by completing operational tests.

 

  * Documents repairs by recording changes.

 

  * Maintains customer rapport by listening to and resolving concerns; answering questions.

 

  * Maintains safe work environment by following codes and standards.

 

  * Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.

 

  * Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.

 

  * Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
