A&E Factory Service is a newly launched joint venture partnering
Sears and Whirlpool. Utilizing existing Sears infrastructure, A&E
will deliver fulfillment to customers and consumers previously
unavailable to Sears. The A&E Area Manager will manage the
business relationship between Whirlpool and Sears. Working in
conjunction with the Sears DSM's, the Area Manager will be
responsible for assuring a high level of profitability and service
fulfillment. This is measured by technician productivity (#number
of completed calls per 8 hour day) as well as Revenue generation.
The area manager will also be responsible for state of service and
customer/consumer satisfaction.
