MAGNOLIA HOME THEATER/DBS INSTALLATION TECHNICIANS
? Travel to customer?s homes to install and test Home Theater/Satellite products and provide technical advice and assistance to customers. Install fulfillment will range from basic audio/video connectivity to wall fishing wires for Home Theatre and Satellite installations. (HT based product, Basic HT connectivity, Wall fishing, Satellite system installs).
? Strong customer service skills are required. Greet customer and verify install request while setting customer expectation for the install by interacting with customer to explain installation procedures and functionality of system. Travel via company-owned vehicle to customer homes to complete install. Ensure that vehicle is properly maintained (gas and checks/adds fluids). Accurately complete required paperwork for vehicle.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of job related experience in positions with in-home customer contact and job related retail experience. Must have appropriate certifications and/or licenses dependent on state law. Certification a plus but not required. Approved DMV background check.
