Lead Analog IC Mask Designer

Responsibilities:

The qualified candidate will lead all aspects of IC layout, working closely with design engineers and external foundries to enable execution of our product development plans. The job entails working closely with EDA to properly align and execute layout tool platforms and layout kits for new processes. Layout work will be conducted on a variety of technologies, including state of the art Bipolar and sub-micron BCD. Responsibilities will involve educating and supervising other layout engineers.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience in Analog IC layout.

Solid knowledge of layout tools and practices for Analog ICs.

Experience with large chips, floor planning and analog layout.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Good knowledge of semiconductor devices including CMOS and Bipolar.

Ability to lead a group of layout engineers on multiple layout projects, with a high degree of focus and commitment.

A high degree of hands on experience and creativity is expected. Experience with bringing up new tools and technology.
