Manager of Electrical Engineering



 

Manager of Electrical Engineering will provide expertise in processes, manufacturing and electrical disciplines 

 

 Develop concepts and basic principals of Engineering including motors and controls.

 Analyzing customer information, system layouts, schedule development, and internal development of engineering schedules

 Responsible for the quality and timeliness of work results

 Coordination with colleagues and suppliers to develop cost-effective and reliable process solutions.

 Manage people, schedules, and budgets. Attend client/customer meetings; estimate man-hours; develop proposals; and maintain a high level of quality for work produced by the group. 

 

Qualifications:

 7-10 years Electrical and process development/management experience. Some electrical assembly process required.Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering. Masters Degree a plus.Working knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and AutoCAD.Ability to read blueprints.Experience with automation controls systems.Experience with SolidWorks and an automation controls system is an assetExcellent communication and human relations skills are required as candidate will be working closely with Engineers, Managers, customers, and will be soliciting/providing additional technical support from other disciplines and Project Teams within both mechanical and electrical engineering.
