The challenging responsibilities include:

 

- overseeing and directing all diagnosis and troubleshooting of breakdowns on automated semiconductor package handlers. 

-  perform time based problem analysis using standard industry metrics: availability, MTTR and MTBR.

- implement line technician training agendas and procedures

- assessing requirements and qualification of new device automation setups

 

To qualify for this position, you should possess:

 

- Bachelors in Electronics or Electronic Engineering 

- 5+ years experience in equipment engineeering in semiconductor test area

- familiarity with Seiko-Epson, Exatron 8000, Aetrium 1400 package test handlers

- proven troubleshooting capability

- high mechanical aptitude with a strong electronics background

 

To excel in this role you should be organized and detailed, as well as being able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
