Experienced engineer who is experienced with RF/AMS parasitic extraction tools; Mentor-Graphics Calibre XRC & XL, and Assura RCX & L are examples of the types of tool experience that should be evident on the resume. Experience with parasitic extraction validation using field simulation or hardware test sites would be very useful. An understanding of the interaction between parasitic extraction tools and LVS will be needed as well. The candidate should have a CAD applications approach and ability to support design teams who are designing leading edge RF/AMS WEDGE, Bluetooth and GPS chipsets.
