Performance Excellence Assistant Engineer

Identify and maintain customer flow down information and ensure notification to appropriate internal personnel.  Assist in the implementation of standardizing processes across the corporation such as RMA process, MRB process, scrap processes and receiving inspection processes. Assist in the implementation of electronic factory. Assist in the development of Supplier Audit Schedule and ensure adherence to that schedule.  Review Corporate procedures as well as plant level procedures to assure consistency and conformance to standards.  Assist with Lean and Six Sigma projects as needed across the corporation. Must be able to travel. Two year technical degree with 5 years experience in manufacturing.  Must be proficient with MS office and MS Access, possess excellent organization skills, be highly motivated and a self starter.
