Summary

Interpoint, a world-class manufacturer of high reliability aerospace power and micro-electronic devices, has a career opportunity for an experienced DC-DC power Converter Design Engineer. In this position you will provide senior level analog circuit and assembly design and thermal analysis for power conversion products.

 

Key Responsibilities Analyze and design high reliability, small/micro-electronics circuitry for DC-DC power converters and related devices. Provide leadership to the engineering design staff. Manage multiple projects in a fast paced product development environment.

 

RequirementsBSEE, or related technical Bachelor?s degree, with 10+ years of directly related electronics power conversion product design experience. Advanced engineering degree is desired. Thorough understanding of electronics manufacturing processes. Familiarity with Mil-Spec, ISO, FAA and related space qualified engineering and/or manufacturing standards and practices. Ability to provide general leadership to engineering design staff.Experience with SPICE software is required, and with thermal analysis is preferred.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills. Good flexibility, with strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
