Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for problem solving with a high level of scope. The position requires the ability to analyze situations or review data with a variety of factors, exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices and determine appropriate actions. Manage the implementation process of a company's services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing services.

 

Program Manager responsibilities will include managing, evaluating and responding to new customer requirements with appropriate business analysis and defining key performance metrics. This may also include order entry, accounts receivable, CSI (customer satisfaction), excess/obsolete materials and backlog management.

 

PM's will work closely with Procurement to understand and resolve contract issues and other contract expenses.

 

Minimum 3 years of related experience in contract manufacturing required.

Must be flexible with work assignments and learn new skills as required.

Must have experience in anticipating, planning for and managing changes as business conditions continually evolve.

Must possess demonstrated supplier and customer management skills.

Must have effective and proven negotiation skills.

Must maintain positive customer relationships.

Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
