ABOUT THE COMPANY AND THE JOB

 

Fortune 500 manufacturing firm in the electronics industry with operations in the Dallas- Fort Worth area seeks a Quality Systems Manager to work internally managing internal quality audits and work externally to ensure highest levels of quality to the customers.  This position will pay 85K+ plus bonus+  plus a truly outstanding benefit package.



 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

 

A minimum of 5-10 years in Quality Systems Management from within the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services), Automotive, or Telecom / Mobile Phone Industries is required. Previous relevant experience from a company such as Flextronics, Jabil Circuit, Solectron,  Foxconn, Sanmina, Celestica or other electronics or telecom firm is preferred.

 

A previous background using Six Sigma Methodologies and lean manufacturing is strongly preferred. Also, you must have a track record of proven success in cost reduction and productivity improvement using innovative approaches to Quality Systems Management. You will be in charge of maintaining ISO 9001 TS16949 and ISO 14001 Systems. In addition, you will be in charge of scorecarding  for customer specific performance criteria across the business globally..

 

Excellent knowledge of systems, such as SAP, ERP, MRP. Good understand of Inventory management, logistics, risk management, MS project management, Box and Board assembly processes is strongly preferred. Degree required.
