We are currently recruiting for a Repair Manager at our Louisville, KY facility.

 

The Repair Manager, working as part of a team and reporting to the General Manager, will be responsible for cost, quality, and delivery of product to the customer by efficient scheduling and management of production staff. 

 

Essential Duties:

 Ensure that proper process procedures, documentation and flow charts are in place.Manage and coordinate activities of production staff and product scheduling.Ensure processes maximize efficiency, quality and cost effectiveness.Produce timely and accurate production reports.Manage performance for all production employees.Assist Finance Department in forecasting production budgets and labor variances.Provide support to customers and interface with various internal departments.Responsible for procedures involved in all aspects of the employment process.

 

Qualifications:

 

This position requires a highly committed employee who is able to work independently and as part of a team; must have the ability to motivate others and possess team building skills; requires excellent interpersonal as well as written and oral communicaiton skills; must be detail oriented and organized in order to meet deadlines; must be able to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing environment.

 

Education: 

 BS Degree or equivalent managerial experience in a production environment.Four years of senior level management experience required.
