Job Description:

The Sales Analyst under direction of the Department Supervisor/Management will be responsible for the support of SAP Rebate Agreement system related to processing of customer credit memos and coordination and implementation of contractual documentation in Lotus Notes Sales Administration Library; creating a non-routine sales analysis and sales reporting including rebate reports for control and management. Coordinates with in and outside the department SAP Rebate Agreement system management.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

? Support and maintain SAP Rebate Agreement processes, procedures, and controls for contract compliance. 

? Audits customer supplied information for compliance against established requirements, follow ups with sales field to resolve inconsistencies and discrepancies, issues payments to customers on a timely basis when completed.

? Support and maintain Sales Administration Library contract processes, procedures, and controls for compliance, and other special circumstances.

? Provide back-up support for the Lotus Notes Sales Fund system including maintenance and research. Must have good understanding of data integrity in Lotus Notes Sales Fund system.

? Handles projects requiring unique and special handling and coordinating and other projects as assigned to includes departmental cross-functional projects

Qualifications:

? High School diploma or equivalency, BA degree preferred

? Must have 3 to 6 years experience in Sales Analysis

? Must be proficient with MS Office Suite

? Working knowledge of databases including Access

? Working knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling Functional Knowledge or SAP Material Management / Inventory Management; Terminal Control, including CICS

? Solid experience with Project Management
