Senior Field Service Representative
AMS Controls Inc located in Maryland Heights, MO is a well established leader in roll forming length controls for the metal working, rolling, and forming industry. We are currently seeking candidates with experience in field service and equipment installation.
Position Description:Function:
Installs, services, and supports machine control systems.Responsibilities:Install and update electronic control equipment Troubleshoot remotely and on-site Train customers Arrange and undertake long-distance travel (position requires 30-50% travel, primarily domestic; some international).Necessary skills:
? Ability to learn new technologies
? Adept with PLCs, servo/inverter drives, and other industrial automation equipment
? Solid knowledge of machine and electrical safety
? Strong communication skills
? Professionalism and tactRequires:
? Associate?s degree in electronics engineering, industrial technology, electrical technology (or similar).
