Senior Engineer (BSEE) Hybrid/MCM (Multiple Chip Modules)
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining new
and improved manufacturing systems, processes, methods, equipment,
strategies, technologies and facilities to produce reliable products on
schedule and  within budget. The candidate will interface with internal and
external customers, suppliers and/or equipment vendors to revolve manufacturing
issues as well as develop project plans for implementation of new processes,
existing process modifications, and capacity improvements. Specific processes
include die attach, wire bonding, micro-soldering, thick film, furnace and
parallel
seam welded lid seal, cleaning, advanced inspection and analysis techniques.
 
 
EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
 
The candidate must have a BSEE or BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
(or equivalent experience); MSEE preferred. We require 5 plus years of
directly-related experience with hybrid or MCM (Multiple Chip Modules)
technologies in the manufacturing of assemblies using chip and wire hybrid or
MCM processes for military/space market applications. Requires demonstrated
leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills.
Our candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, DOE and SPC.
