Currently, we have an opening for a Senior Sales Manager- Latin America in our Miami, FL Office.  The qualifications for this position include:

 

?  Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent in business or related field

?  seven to nine years previous related experience, including at least three years managerial and supervisory experience

?  PC Skills; Microsoft Office or equivalent

?  Must be bilingual- English, Spanish a must. Portuguese is preferred (written and oral)

?  Proficient in applicable technology

?  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English

?  Strong analytical skills

?  Ability to travel approximately 50%

 

 Responsibilities for this position include:





?  Overall responsibility for the management, staffing and training for the Latin American Region

?  Forecast and monitor inventory and business flows by coordinating efforts with the other sales groups

?  Forecast all revenue, product and budgetary expectations for each account in assigned territory

?  Establish and define goals, strategy, quotas and other pertinent information concerning management of assigned accounts and accounts of direct reports, through analysis of sales statistics, market conditions and competitive landscape

?  Coach direct reports in the development of sales strategies, revenue targets and account management goals

?  Regularly provide information to Director of Sales on accounts and business activity

?  Provide advice on complex, sensitive or controversial matters regarding sales relations, strategic planning, or coordination of personnel

?  Establish, direct, manage, coordinate and evaluate varied components of company?s sales program

?  Review market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing and competition

?  Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales by region

?  Maintain positive working relationships with all sales related areas

?  Provide bid pricing to Marketing and Sales management on volume purchase opportunities

?  Work closely with key vendor partners to manage product roadmap and sales strategies to drive toward #1 market share goal

?  Work with  Finance to resolve credit issues and approve new customer applications and chargebacks, as necessary

?  Conduct regular business plan review and performance evaluations with direct reports and customers to ensure company goals and strategies are understood and being achieved/implemented

?  Assist in other areas, as assigned
