SENIOR IC DESIGN ENGINEER

Contract position

Senior IC design engineer who will be responsible for verifying blocks within a client IC.
- Have actual IC tape-out expertise in deep submicron designs, such as 0.13 and below.
- Be proficient in scripting languages such as TCL and Perl
- Be fluent in English
- Have good interpersonal skills and communication capability
- Be self-sufficient
- Have BSEE.  MSEE preferred.
5 to 8 years experience in ASIC design. Must be able to work independently as well as in a team.
RTL: Experience in writing Verilog and VHDL.
Experience in writing C and assembly language programs.
Verification: 
--Good understanding of proper verification methodologies.
--Must be able to verify the design at RTL level, gate level and on back-annotated netlist using Modelsim, NCsim or VCS.
