TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE - CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA

Henny Penny is one of the largest independent manufacturers of commercial food service equipment in the world.  We employee nearly 500 employees at our world headquarters in Eaton Ohio and we are seeking a Technical Support Representative for Central and South America to join our team.  This position will be based in Eaton, Ohio but will involve servicing a customer base in Central and South America.  In this position your primary responsibilities would be to troubleshoot customer problems over the phone and repair equipment in the field.  The person in this position will also have the opportunity to present training classes and be involved in the development of technical procedure manuals, bulletins, instructions etc.  International travel, often on short notice, is to be expected and there will be some holiday and weekend work required.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

?  Strong electrical and mechanical skills

?  Experienced troubleshooter

?  Experience preparing and presenting training programs

?  Excellent customer service skills

?  Ability to communicate effectively both in person and over the phone

?  Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)

?  Certification in refrigeration is a plus
