TV INSTALLER - REPAIR TECHNICAIN

We are currently seeking entry level technician to be trained as certified HDTV repair techs.


Here's what you need to be considered

1. High School diploma or GED
2. AA degree in basic electronics or equivilant.
3. Customer service skills a must
4. Ability to work a veriety of hours including nights and weekends
5. Must lift equipment
6. Valid Arizona Divers License & Clean driving record (1 ticket might be considered)
7. Energetic, self motivated with minimum supervision
8. Prompt and polite, works well with others!
9. Attention to detail


The right person will perform repairs both in the field(customer's house) and in the shop.
They will also run Pick up and Delivery.

 

Typical work week is 50 hours.

How the training process works:

At hire you will start training with our Service Manager. 1st you learn the basics of the business.
This means, helping customers at the counter, running pick up and deliveries and shop maintance.
In between this you will be taught the basic of how a tv works. The best strageties to repair them and how
to achieve complete customer satisfaction on expectation of a timely and lasting television repair.

Current training wages start at 10.00 per hour and review every six months. A monthy bonus is provided based on work produced.
