The primary responsibilities for this fast-paced position include recruiting, interviewing and job placement for entry-level industrial workers. The position will also include general clerical duties. This position is 100% client service oriented within a fast-paced environment. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is a must. The ideal candidate must possess excellent people skills, attention for detail, and be an enthusiastic team player. Bilingual English/Spanish ability and previous customer service experience are preferred but not required. Service Coordinators typically work a regularly scheduled shift.  However, interested applicants must be flexible for 1st or 2nd shift and have the ability to work some mandatory overtime as needed.
