Account Executive - Recruiting Industry

The Colonial Group is an executive recruiting company in Williamsburg, VA and we are seeking to add to our staff with an Account Executive. We are a Management Recruiters International Network Affiliate. As such we are a part of the largest and most successful recruiting company in the world. Our office in Williamsburg is growing and successful. We are currently expanding our office and in order to keep pace with that growth, we need additional recruiters for permanent, as well as contract staffing.


This position will be responsible for recruiting for major companies across the U.S. Our reputation in the industry is spotless and we want top talent to keep that record going.  The successful candidate MUST be sales oriented preferably with experience in telephone sales or in commission based selling. We are looking for someone with a very strong desire to succeed and earn in excess of $100,000. A self starter with good people skills and the ability to think on one's feet is imperative. In addition, the successful candidate should have a strong business acumen with experience in a business field such as accounting, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or sales and marketing.  Other areas of experience will definitely be considered if accompanied with a great attitude.
