The Account Manager/Agent helps the market achieve its overall goal of being the best creative solutions agency. The account manager achieves these goals by managing and expanding assigned existing accounts and new accounts brought in by an existing business development or by the account manager. The account manager manages and executes all recruitment functions from sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing of new applicants. team environment where s/he is expected to share information and contribute to the overall office success. S/he creates plans for improvement and shares this with other members of the recruiting team.

 

 

 

The person selected for this position should have 2+ years experience in staffing and /or creative services. The candidate should have exposure to working with creative services, using a structure, and serving a customer base consisting of Fortune 1000 companies and mid-size businesses. Familiarity with developing and implementing recruitment activities to increase office fill ratio is expected. Familiarity with developing and implementing sales plans and tactics to expand business, conducting daily interviewing, and recruiting is expected. The candidate should demonstrate strong skills in multi-tasking, detailed documentation, and strong skills in written and spoken communication. A BA/BS degree is required. The person needs to work in a culture that emphasizes self-management and be effective in working with a local team that reaches decisions by sharing information and individual contribution.
