Area Director

ADECCO has an exciting opportunity for an experienced staffing industry professional in the Pennsylvannia and New Jeresey Area. The AreaDirector's role is to improve and increase production in within our significant direct hire business.  You will act as coach and mentor to Executive Recruiters throughout the region in sales strategy, recruitment techniques, client interaction and fee negotiation.  You will be charged with developing & growing perm business within our national account partnerships. We are looking for a confident individual who possesses positive, proactive, and strategic communication skills. The Director of Permanent Placement is an extension of the Senior Vice President?s market and is a critical part of the team.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

Market visits and coaching calls to further develop recruiters and teams, specifically to help drive orders to the finish line.

Proactively work with the RVP?s to coordinate trainings for Branch Managers & Office Supervisors once per quarter.

You must have the ability to train, motivate, encourage and advance the team to reach its performance goals.

You will be responsible for budgets, operations, and driving the bottom line.  Significant travel is a must (70+%).
