Associate Recruiter - Technical Staffing Leader

 

The primary focus of this position is to provide a continuous flow of qualified candidates by effectively prescreening, sourcing, reviewing, and interviewing talent and to support the recruiting manager in making placements/filling orders.

 

As part of the RECRUITING duties and responsibilities of this position you will:Work directly with the Recruiting Manager to learn about job order specifications, and current and future needs.Respond to calls from candidates and process incoming resumes.Source candidates and review candidate resumes from various sources including the computerized database, job postings, job boards and referrals.Conduct preliminary phone interviews to determine skill sets and areas of expertise.Conduct face/face candidate interviews for current and future positions.Interview candidates to build database of available and viable candidates.Coordinate interview schedules for candidates.Introduce candidates to Recruiting Manager for in depth interviews.Reactivate candidates from the database, update files and obtain referrals.Perform other duties as assigned.
