BRANCH MANAGER

We have an immediate opening for a take charge person in order to maximize sales revenues of the office. You must be able to manage and be accountable for the sales and operational activities of the office to include the development and increase of market share through profitable gross margin business. As the Branch Manager you will provide direction and leadership in the areas of recruiting and hiring quality temporary help as well as promoting Temp-to Hire and Career Placement business. This is a hands-on sales management position and you will work with current customers and develop new ones utilizing your strong communication, customer service and closing skills.

Candidates must have strong computer skills, be well organized, able to multi-task and have the ability to work independently and achieve results. A positive attitude, desire to succeed and be a team player are essential. Candidate must possess a minimum of three years proven and successful direct sales and P&L experience preferably within the service industry, with a high pressure, customer service oriented organization.

Minimum of 24 months at one company and no more that three companies in the last six years. Candidate will also have clear progress shown in each position with each job change within the last two years. Four-year degree preferred but not required.
