Bilingual Onsite Performance Manager

One of the nation's largest providers of staffing services seeks a Bilingual On-site Account Manager for our client located in Ontario, California. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding service by developing and strengthening customer relationships, recruiting and staffing qualified temporary associates, and managing all daily account activity, including daily and weekly payroll, productivity and attendance monitoring, counseling of temporary associates, and coordination of all appropriate background checks and pre-employment requirements.

The ideal individual for this position will possess and demonstrate high level professionalism and customer service skills, patience and objectivity, excellent oral and written communication, and will seek to first understand our client's needs.

Requirements also include the demonstrated ability to multi-task in an extremely fast-paced environment, written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish, 2 years of college coursework (degree preferred), and previous experience in the staffing industry.
