As an Ajilon OFFICE Branch Manager, your responsibilities will include:
"? Managing the temporary and perm businesses
"? Overseeing sales and operations
"? Hiring, training and developing staff
"? New business development and growth of client base
"? Strategic planning and P&L Management
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the following traits:
"? 3+ years staffing industry experience in business-to-business
"? Inside/outside sales or desk experience
"? Experience developing and implementing effective marketing plans
"? Sales, and sourcing strategies that increased top-line performance
"? Prior experience mentoring, training, and developing a sales or recruiting team
"? Teamwork and experience supporting branch staff in recruiting and placement of candidates into temporary or permanent positions
"? Clear understanding of key performance indicators
