Responsibilities:

? Train, mentor and coach internal employees.  Motivate employees to meet expectations and goals.

? Promote company sales incentive programs and executive initiatives.

? Monitor all sales activity.  Run a sales desk and lead by example.

? Develop target account and market penetration strategies. 

? Establish and foster consultant and client relationships in region.

? Perform yearly performance evaluations and quarterly ratio reviews with employees. 

? Hire and terminate employees as needed.

? Track and ensure accurate record keeping and forecasting.

? Manage P&L and manage receivables in conjunction with collections team.

 

Required Skills:

? 4 year college degree required

? Proven sales experience and record of managing a sales force required

? Established track record developing long term consultant relationships

? A strong work ethic and sense of commitment

? Able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment

? Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
