Branch Recruiter

Branch Recruiter Description: Volt Services Group, one of the nation's leading staffing services, is currently looking for a talented Recruiter to work in our Mission Viejo office. This exempt position offers a competitive hourly pay rate and provides an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a sales based, fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement and manage a creative recruiting strategy for the branch to bring in applicants through existing and new sources in order to maintain an effective pool of field employees. Utilize electronic process in recruiting and placement to maximize efficiency and time saving. Conduct behavioral based interviews and reference checks. Develop and maintain client relationships. Successfully oversee the order filling process from beginning to end. Establish pay and bill rates with customers that result in maximum gross margin for the branch. Maintain familiarity with the most effective recruiting tools appropriate to your branch to include: field employee pool, availability list, database searches, internet searches, resume searches, other job boards and organizations. Generate leads for new business and recruiting sources. Regularly review current advertising methods and manage changes as needed. Ensure total customer satisfaction by handling all inquires, resolving problems arising with customers or field employees, including counseling and negotiate pay and bill increases, early buy-outs with customers and direct hire fees. Requirements:
Customer service experience is needed. The marketing of candidates is a top priority of the position so the ability to "cold call" is needed. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a strong sense of urgency are essential. You will need to type at least 45 wpm and possess good organizational skills, strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically Word, Outlook and Excel.
