As a Spherion Business Development Manager you will be largely responsible for: 
Generate new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building, focusing on prospect's with staffing spend of $250k-$2.5 million.
Develop and implement an effective sales plan, use a consultative sales strategy to effectively overcome client objections, and collaborate with top internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to the account.
Motivating your team to deliver excellent customer service & responsive client communication.

Minimum Qualifications:
Accomplished sales & management skills with a proven track record
Four-year college degree &/or four years of related staffing industry experience, with emphasis on outside sales & supervision
Previous P&L responsibility a plus
Outside Sales Experience ? with a proven track record of success
A Professional presence and outstanding presentation skills
Strong bias for action
Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment

 

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $50k-$55k DOE + bonus potential
