Utilizing business development techniques, this candidate will develop relationships with local clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs.

Position Purpose

An Account Manager is a true hunter. The Account Manager is responsible for selling and developing staffing opportunities within an assigned territory, offering a full range of Clinical staffing services. The Account Manager is held accountable for personal production while contributing to the overall success of the business center. This position is the stepping-stone to developing relationships with local clients by prospecting and cold calling to uncover their specific staffing needs.

 

Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
Generate sales leads and work within the Yoh Model
Develop relationships and grow them into clients

 

Requirements
1 to 2 years of staffing sales experience
Experience in prospecting, cold calling, and client presentations within a professional business-to-business sales organization
In depth clinical industry knowledge
A clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Quality Assurance, etc.
Strong communication and organizational skills in order to maintain a level of activity which includes qualifying prospects, scheduling client meetings, pipelining qualified candidates, and generating revenue. 

 

Desired Qualifications
A Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Management, Sales, or related fields.
Experience selling clinical staffing solutions
