We currently have an opening for a Direct Placement Account Executive for our Ft. Lauderdale location.

 

Qualifications:

 

Prior recruiting/staffing industry experience is required.  The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of demonstrated success in placing mid to high level professionals within the real estate or banking industries.  The candidate will be an energetic quick thinker and work well with deadlines. This individual must have strong written and communication skills with a  proven sales and customer service ability. The ideal candidate will posess a high sense of urgency coupled with excellent time management skills along with the ability to multi-task.

 

Responsibilities:

 
Recruit, screen, schedule and interview potential candidates;
Develop job orders through marketing and sales calls; 
Ensure successful placements of direct hire candidates;
Establish and maintain client relationships;
Maintain and document all candidate/client activity within the automated recruiting database;
Proactively seek new candidates and new resources for finding new candidates;
Actively participate in local networking groups;
