Local staffing company experiencing increased business has an opportunity for someone to move into this leadership role overseeing several offices. Ideal position for someone in the industry looking to take their career path to the next level.

Position involves working closely with the field offices in developing goals and objectives.

Primary responsibilities are as follow:Strong understanding of P/L and budget ores casting Partnering with clients in relationship building/ Understanding trend and market competition Coaching and counseling direct reports Holding staff accountable to goals and objective set

Position requires someone with a college degree and multiunit management, preferably in the staffing industry. Proven track record of success required.
