Executive Recruiter

Recruit and interview candidates with in a given specialty. Find, develop and uncover Search Assignments and place appropriate candidates with the company. Develop long term business relationships with client companies.


Position Summary:?
The Recruiter reports to the Manager /Department Head. The Recruiter spends most of the day on the telephone recruiting, interviewing and having business conversations with candidates and hiring authorities. They must manage and control the Placement Process.
Duties/Responsibilities ? Essential Functions:
Maintain a staff of qualified temporaries to ensure that Snelling provides the high quality, and timely service.??Identify staffing requirements of the office?s client base.??Review all past orders to gain an understanding of all needs and skill requirements.??Gather information regarding clients? future plans or projects and documents for appropriate and timely follow up.??Develop and maintain recruiting resources to include centers of influence to fill staffing requirements.??Draft and submit for approval appropriate advertisements.??Conduct in office recruiting calls.??Pre-qualify, interview and evaluate/test all qualified applicants.??Review evaluations with applicants; discuss how office and applicants will work together or what other options they may give to enhance their skills.??Perform reference checks to verify candidates? experience and employment history.??Sole discretion in determining whether or not individuals/applicants will be hired.??Assign appropriate temporary staff to fulfill client requirements.??Maintain contact with temporaries on assignment as well s those not on assignment in order to pro actively handle problems, maintain productive employee/employer relationships and increase sales.q?Provide the highest level of customer service for clients.??Ensure we fully understand the skills of candidates and the requirements of companies and take careful time and consideration to match the two.??Ensure we treat the candidates with respect and have a basic understanding of their objectives, what they have to offer what they require and how we will work together.??Conducts follow up and post placement calls with clients and candidates.? ??Maintain accurate documentation on all candidate and client interaction and ensure the information is updated in the Office Automation system.q?Support the office?s financial operations by ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.??Negotiate for Full Fees.??Prepare and provide invoicing information to Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.??Take primary responsibility for collecting fees.??Make collection calls on aged receivables as necessary.??Attend and contribute feedback at all office meetings.q?Cooperate in the everyday operational aspects of the office so that the atmosphere is professional, supports a successful organization and develops personal and professional skills.??Contribute to a cooperative working relationship in the off and the Snelling network of offices.??Maintain accurate and current records on personal activity.??Be available for Daily Performance Reviews with Manager.??Attend and contribute to Sales meetings and training sessions.??Ensure that all Search assignments comply with EEOC/ADA laws.??Advise clients of EEOC/ADA laws.??Read, and study the Snelling Manuals and ensure understanding of all office policies.??Maintain work area in a professional manner.??Become familiar with and adhere to the Office Policies Manual.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Candidate must possess:??Minimum of two year?s sales/recruiting experience, preferably within a service industry.??Minimum of 18 months at one company.q?Candidate will have:??Proven track record of aggressive sales strengths relative to growth and maintenance of new and existing clientele.??Some college required, college degree preferred.
