? A minimum of 3-5 years recruiting experience in a fast paced environment
? Proven ability to drive recruiting activities for the complete life cycle of a project
? Outstanding client services vision and relationship building skills
? Ability to ?think outside the job board? and source candidates via cold calling and networking; you must be experienced in and comfortable with calling into companies for leads and referrals
? Ability to work independently but function within a well-developed team
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

A degree is preferred but not required. Our office is located close to the Galleria Center and Cumberland Mall, and candidates must be commutable.
