Spherion Client Service Supervisors manage client hiring needs, match candidates with job opportunities, recruit and screen talent and generate new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

 
integrating with the client organization by providing service excellence and meet the evolving needs of the client
Identifying local recruiting sources
Conducting interviews and making employment decisions
Consulting with clients to determine needs and place appropriate employees on assignment
Coordinating various aspects of on-site operations
