We are seeking an experienced Health Care Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for recruiting registered nurses to work in non-traditional health care settings - occupational health, nurse case management, managed care and insurance companies.  This position is located in downtown Walnut Creek ? easy BART access!


Job Responsibilities include:Source and screen nurse candidatesDevelop database of candidates to be used for future openingsAttract applicants networking in the nursing community including professional societies, associations, on line groupsWork with sales and recruiting staff to fill open job ordersDetermine applicant qualifications by interviewing, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements



Requirements BS/BAAt least 2 years of recruiting experience required, preferably in the health care arenaStrong commitment to customer serviceDetailed orientedAbility to juggle multiple and often competing prioritiesGreat attitude and team player a must!Excellent written and oral communication skillsExperience in Word, Excel, email and internet recruiting tools
