RECRUITER/ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

 

Job Duties/Requirements:

 

RECRUITMENT

You will be responsible for the screening and recruitment of potential candidates to meet the needs and requirements of open searches, both temporary and permanent.  The ideal candidate will possess excellent research skills to identify qualified individuals through job boards, specialty sites, networking, referrals, and direct recruitment.

 

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

You will be responsible for selling our services to law firms and corporate law departments, in hopes of developing an ongoing relationship with them to fulfill their staffing needs.  Business development efforts will be conducted by means of "cold calling" over the phone and face to face scheduled meetings.



SCREENING/QUALIFYING CANDIDATES

You will be responsible for interviewing, pre-screening, reference & background checks, and assessment testing of applicants.

 

CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

You will be interacting with clients on a daily basis for numerous reasons.  You will be responsible for maintaining and improving all of your client accounts, in order to make sure our clients are receiving the best possible service from our agency.You will be presenting candidates to open jobs, if you feel they are qualified.  You will also be responsible for the negotiation and establishment of all fee and guarantee terms with authorized client firm contact. Will be responsible for negotiating offers, presenting offers and confirming acceptances.

 

REQUIREMENTS

A motivated individual with a proven track record in business to business sales

A self-starter who pays attention to details and can multi-task

1-3 years of previous or current recruiting background preferred, or experience in legal sales. 

Bachelor's Degree Required
