As a Spherion Recruiter you will:

?Work closely with CTOs, Human Resources and a variety of hiring
managers to provide direct hire recruiting solutions.
?Source and directly recruit outstanding candidates across all areas of
Information technology.
?Screen, interview and conduct reference checks on candidates that are
presented to our customers.
?Establish and maintain relationships with a variety of recruiting sources (local
business organizations, community interest groups, etc.)
