Inside Sales / Recruiting - College Grads 1-3 years experience

 

 

Attwater Corporation is an established human resources outsourcing company which specializes in providing recruiting solutions for Fortune 500 clientele.  We partner with our customers to source exceptional talent and build top performing teams.  Our team utilizes a strategic, client-focused approach to sourcing and recruitment that has proven to be an enormous value for our customers.

 

We are currently looking for a Researcher to support our nationwide recruiting efforts.  This is a great opportunity to gain experience and knowledge of sourcing and recruiting.  You will be working in a small office environment of 8-10 people and provide assistance to the senior recruiting staff. 

 

The main responsibilities would include calling warm and cold leads to see if the prospect would be interested in our current job openings.  Resources include our own database of 50,000 leads, resumes from resources such as Monster.com, and names which have been generated directly from our client?s competition.  Other responsibilities may include lead and name generation. 

 

The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service with a Bachelor?s degree.  The willingness to make high volume outbound calls is critical.  You must be goal oriented and be able to provide a history of successful accomplishments.  This position has high income and advancement potential!!
