Jr. Recruiter/ Admin

 

Job Purpose:

 

Recruit employees by screening, interviewing, and maintaining HR files in addition to  supporting a branch manager and a senior recruiter. 



Duties:Complete all sign up/HR paperwork for  all new employeesDistribute all sign up/HR paperwork for new employees to HR and required client documentationConduct all reference check for candidatesCoordinate and follow up on all background check and drug screening Screen all phone calls into the main line and recruiters linePerform preliminary searches for recruiters set appointments with candidates for interviewsPrepare operational reportingProvide support to  Director  including: arranging for client gifts, research, maintaining calendar, Screen, interview and test candidates
