High volume recruiter capable of outbound calls, networking, and generating a compassionate, dependable staff of FT & PT employees for non-medical eldercare agency in Reston.
Energetic, upbeat person who loves people, and enjoys meeting new people wherever they go. Our target Caregivers are mature people who want to make a difference. The Recruiter must be able to personally build varied local networks and market routes to locate potential Caregivers. This is the primary responsibility (3/4 of time), so don't waste my time or yours if you don't thrive in a people loving, traveling, go out and get 'em environment.
After recruiting, may assist with interviews, and do reference checks. Also may assist with standard training and orientation, newsletter, Caregiver meetings, and client interaction. Knowledge of Fairfax and Loudoun counties helpful.
Must be outgoing, organized and have good computer skills. Convenient location and nice office near Toll Road in Reston. This is a full time job with excellent future.
You need to have two years of recruiting under your belt with one year in a high volume setting. If you have hired/marketed for recreation, summer help, classes, child care, adult care, tutoring, faith volunteers, chore/cleaning services, arts and crafts, food services and recruited retirees, professors, teachers, coaches, at home parents, graduate students, history lovers, military or other people/social types, then we're looking for you.
Starting base salary $30K; commission to $50K, with 4 weeks paid vacation and mileage allowance. Come grow with us!
